1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Times

  • Standard US Shipping: 2–5 business days.

  • Expedited US Shipping: 1–3 business days (extra cost).

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (availability varies by region).

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak holiday periods.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders.

  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries due to carrier limitations.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is entered correctly.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, ship a replacement at no extra cost.
